Task:360° analysis of sales DACH BENELUX, planning and reorganization of the sales structure as well as operational management of sales in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Belgium. Restructuring to a profitable sales organization. Bridging the vacancy in about 1 1/2 years. Search and training of a new Sales Director. Shareholder support (Aurelius AG) in preparation for the sale of the company.
Results:Stabilization of sales despite 2 corona lockdowns. Significant increase in earnings of DACH sales. Dismantling of management levels and restructuring of the sales team. Successful induction of a new Sales Director DACH as well as coaching and management of the regional sales managers DACH and BEN. Successful reorganization of the inside sales team with integration OD/Viking and leadership in change management when the two parts of the company were merged. Introduction of remote management structures. Redefinition of the income system for Germany, Austria, Switzerland, the Netherlands and Belgium.
