Task: Commissioned by the insolvency administrator to limit damage in marketing and sales in preparation for the search for investors. The main task was the operational management of marketing and sales up to the sale to new investors and securing the customer structure.
Results: Sales were stabilized despite massive staff turnover and liquidity problems, and sales at the time of sale to new investors were 4% above the previous year despite insolvency. As a result, parts of the company were successfully sold.
